How it Works

Use the BOOK NOW button to rent a kayak/SUP. Choose whether you want a kayak or SUP for an adult or youth. Choose the date, time and duration you'd like. Bookings are generally for 1 - 8 hours.

Complete and submit the online safety/security WAIVER. Pay online with your credit card.

Arrive at Rose Beach Park 15 minutes prior to your booking. Our staff will be waiting with boats, paddles, life jackets and safety equipment.

Don't forget your sunscreen.

Inexperienced?

Paddleboarding and Kayaking are enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities. Anyone Can Do It! Our knowledgeable staff will teach you the basics. You will be on the water with confidence in 15 minutes!

Who Can Rent?

Anyone over 18 can rent a board or boat. Ages 8-18 must be rented by a LEGAL GUARDIAN. All users must complete a safety/security WAIVER.

Safety & Security

For liability purposes all users or their guardians must sign our safety/security WAIVER. All users are provided with a Transport Canada - approved life jacket, sized for their needs. All boats are equiped with safety tethers.

FAQ

What if I need to cancel my booking? You can cancel online up to 1 hour before your reservation, for a full refund.

How will I know the weather/water conditions at Rose Beach? We will contact you by phone at least an hour before your booking if the weather/water make it unsafe to paddle. Of course you will recieve a full refund.

Can I rent one board/boat for several people? Yes. As long as all users or their guradians complete a WAIVER.

Do I need to bring a PFD or paddle? No, your rental includes a boat, paddle, life jacket and tether.

Do I need to know how to swim? Yes. Users must have basic swimming skills.

Can I pay at the beach? No. Our staff are not equipped to take payment at the beach. All payments must be done online.

Do you offer gift certificates? Yes we can arrange your gift purchase. Please use the contact form to send us your request!

I have never paddled before. How can I be sure that this is for me? Kayaking and paddlbarding are good for the body and soul. This is a great place to try it out for an hour or two. Beach vibes are real. Our staff will make sure your experience is safe, educational and fun. Give it a try today!
